This year for the holidays I am doing a concert in my own community and donating 100% of the proceeds to MercyWatch.
The concert will be held in Mattie Hall at Immaculate conception Catholic Church in Everett Washington at 7pm on November 11, 2017. I plan to do my acoustic story teller show featuring hits and rarities from my 18 studio albums along with my personal stories spanning my 35 year career. I will feature 2 guitars, Bass, Cajon and Violin for a high energy acoustic evening. Joining me will be my personal friends from Ireland “Fire and Water”
In addition to the concert I am going to host an auction to sing a personal performance for the winner’s private event with the proceeds from the winner of that auction also being donated to MercyWatch.
I can arrive at your corporate event, family reunion, wedding etc and I will do a mutually agreed performance on a mutually agreed date for you and your guests. To Bid on the auction please email Mi*****@Ge*******.com and include (1. Your total bid in US dollars 2. Why you want me to play your event and what it is. ) I will pick a winner in each category on November 1st giving everyone a chance. Your bid amount will go to MercyWatch.
If you are unable to attend the concert or unable to bid in our auction I would ask that you please go to mercywatch.org and dontate.
MercyWatch has established a mission to serve the marginalized and outcasts of Snohomish County; men, women and children living on the streets. They do this with street medicine and outreach.
Their mission is to sow new life, hope and peace through a commitment to serve and be present to those on the streets mired in addiction, mental health crisis and poverty, and to work with them for a better future.
MercyWatch is made up of a 100% volunteer staff of doctors, nurses, mental health counselors and outreach specialists. This allows them to use your donation to help those most in need with basic survival and medical supplies. MercyWatch is a faith-based, ecumenical nonprofit. www.mercywatch.org
I have begun to realize that I have it all. I have happiness and prosperity. I am surrounded by love and I have perfect health. Since my move to Everett this year I have walked daily by those with almost nothing. I want to touch their lives in a positive way and share what I can to help those around me to live their best life possible. WE ARE ALL IN THIS LIFE TOGETHER!
