Bass Guitarist
He is a Touring musician and plays bass guitar in the band for Geoff Tate. He studied music in school and went to Riverside music college near Glasgow in 2016 to study music performance and received a national higher certificate in music. He performed and recorded with lots of acts in his local music scene since 2013 including musician Kieran Robertson. In 2017, he toured Germany with Kieran Robertson’s solo project with dates in Berlin, Hamberg and Munich. The group played famous UK venue King Tuts. Jack played bass on Kierans ‘In the name of vanity’ album and ‘pathogen’ single
In 2017 Jack joined with Kieran Robertson and Emily Tate to form Till Death Do Us Part. Jack played bass on the groups album Detatched. the group played winter storm festival in Scotland and the Hard Rock Cafe in Glasgow.
In October 2017 Jack performed an acoustic set near Friberg, Germany with Original Queensryche singer Geoff Tate this led to Jack becoming the bass player for Geoff’s band Operation Mindcrime. In 2018/19 Operation Mindcrime toured the UK, Europe and the USA along side till death do us part with Jack playing in both bands. The groups played hundreds of dates with most shows sold out, playing in all the major UK, European and US cities and shows in Turkey and Australia.
In 2020 he will be playing with Geoff Tate on the Empire anniversary tour.
Jack is also a member of touring band Mark Daly and the Ravens. This band has recently opened for Geoff on the latest US 2020 Empire anniversary tour with Jack playing in both bands.
