Drummer
Daniel Laverde is Colombian American born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he currently resides and calls home.
Daniel grew up in a musical family and started playing drums when he was eight years old.
He has played in several local bands covering genres from rock and progmetal, to jazz fusion and Afro Cuban.
Most notably, Daniel was the touring drummer for solo artist, Mick Blankenship (John Moyer produced several songs on his album) touring with Puddle of Mudd. Daniel was then given a small feature in Modern Drummer Magazine article “On the Beat” featured as an up and coming drummer.
Daniel met Scott Moughton, Lead Guitarist for Geoff Tate in early 2019, he played and recorded on one of his projects. Scott introduced Daniel to Geoff, who recently offered for Daniel to play onto the Empire/Rage for Order tour in January 2020.
